A walk along the water... Just took the day for ourselves and went exploring. It was so windy out but I am happy to report it was warm wind.   Not a whole to lot to say about our trip other then it was fun and healthy for our hearts...

Our Windy Wonderful Walk

I swear diets can be the best thing in the world. As the pounds come off the energy comes back - it's like Spring in your body. I work out every day in my little RV and it's paying off.

With the weather starting to get better in this part of the country we are able to sneak outside and adventure off by foot... We so love it!!

Yesterday after lunch we headed out for a walk and headed down to the water. It was so wonderful and so let me just share my excitement through pictures... Enjoy!!
